A purchase or payment will not increase your chances of winning. This promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.
1. Sponsor
The Outdoor Empire 100K Giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Page One Properties, LLC d/b/a Outdoor Empire, located in Boise, Idaho, USA (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, contractors, and agents of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or household members of each are not eligible to participate or win.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins at 12:00 a.m. Mountain Time (“MT”) on November 5, 2025 and ends at 11:59 p.m. MT on December 31, 2025 (the “Promotion Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.
4. How to Enter
To enter during the Promotion Period:
- Visit outdoorempire.com/100k-giveaway-signup.
- Complete and submit the entry form, including your name and valid email address.
- Optional: Subscribe to the Outdoor Empire YouTube channel to help unlock the Grand Prize (see Section 5).
Limit one (1) entry per person. Additional entries, automated entries, or entries through multiple email addresses are prohibited.
No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.
5. Prizes and Odds
(a) Small Prizes
100 Winners will each receive one (1) Outdoor Empire logo-engraved RTIC can cooler (approximate retail value “ARV”: $25 each).
Total ARV of all small prizes: $2,500.
(b) Grand Prize
If the Outdoor Empire YouTube channel reaches or exceeds 100,000 subscribers by 11:59 p.m. MT on December 31, 2025, one (1) eligible entrant will also win a Complete Camping Gear Setup consisting of outdoor gear donated by partner brands (total ARV approx. $3,000–$4,000).
If 100,000 subscribers are not reached by the end of the Promotion Period, the Grand Prize will not be awarded.
(c) Odds
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Odds for the Grand Prize are calculated only if the 100K subscriber goal is achieved.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor on or about January 5–10, 2026 from all eligible entries received.
Potential winners will be notified by email at the address provided during entry. If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, or if any prize notification is undeliverable, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner.
Winners may be required to provide proof of eligibility (age and residency).
Sponsor’s decisions on all matters relating to this Promotion are final and binding.
7. Prize Delivery
Small prizes will be shipped to winners at Sponsor’s (or partner brand's) expense within approximately 30 days of winner confirmation.
The Grand Prize may be shipped directly by Sponsor or participating brands via multiple separate shipments.
Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
Sponsor is not responsible for any taxes associated with receipt or use of any prize.
8. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes the winner’s consent for Sponsor to use their name, city, likeness, and/or social media handle for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend this Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
10. Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless YouTube, the Sponsor, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, and representatives from any liability, loss, or damages arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.
11. YouTube Disclaimer
This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, YouTube. Participants are providing information to the Sponsor and not to YouTube.
By participating, entrants agree to comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines and release YouTube from all liability related to this Promotion. Entries that do not comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines will be disqualified.
12. Disputes and Governing Law
All disputes arising under these Official Rules will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Idaho, without giving effect to any conflict of laws principles. Any action shall be brought exclusively in state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho.
13. Privacy
Information collected from entrants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy available at OutdoorEmpire.com/privacy-policy. Email addresses submitted will be added to the Outdoor Empire email list and will be subscribed to The Honey Hole email newsletter; entrants may unsubscribe at any time.
14. Winners List
